Norberry-Glenlee Community Centre Spray Pad in Budget

Budget 4: After many years of planning, I am very pleased to see the Norberry-Glenlee Community Centre spray pad included in the budget, over the next several years. As the St. Vital ward has only one wading pool at present (tied for 14th or last place in city) there is thankfully no closure associated with it.
