Winnipeggers invited to provide feedback on draft lot-split guidelines: October 6, 2020

An example of two of St Vital’s nine foot wide gravel lanes, which City planners now consider “improved lanes". Thes are apparently perfect sites for lot-splitting, which will quadruple the current number of the lane's users.

I do not consider these “improved” lanes.
