Pleased to see CBC Manitoba cover the report I requested in 2019 to bring 30% of Transit Plus (Handi Transit) back in-house. City budgets show the cost of using private operators is escalating by far more than the 2% per year used by staff to estimate future costs of keeping these private contracts.
