As reported in the Winnipeg Free Press, I think the City of Winnipeg – Municipal Government should continue to post information in newspapers, not just on-line.

Bonivital Pool is getting major upgrades- $5.3M in the budget.
Bonivital Pool is a great, but ageing, amenity for St. Boniface and St.Vital. This pool modernization will complement the new Windsor Park library next door.
