Exploring in-house services for waste collection

Proud to see the 4-0 vote Friday at the Water & Waste Committee in support of my motion to return garbage/ recycling collection to “in-house” services (ie City employees in CUPE bargaining unit), for downtown & the north end in 2027 when the current contracts expire.
