Honouring Ray St. Germain

It was a great day in St Vital adding the Honourary Big Sky Country name to a block of St Michael Rd where Ray St Germain grew up. We were also treated to a magnificent performance from Ray. This is not a “renaming”, it just adds the "Honourary" title to one block.
