Bonivital Pool is a great, but ageing, amenity for St. Boniface and St.Vital. This pool modernization will complement the new Windsor Park library next door.

With City staff promoting tear downs and lot-splits in any St. Vital pre-1960 area, including Kingston Cres, City planners’ new heritage status plans for Wellington Crescent celebrate the “existing large lot sizes and generous front yard setbacks”.

Wildly inconsistent standards for different areas!
