Bonivital Pool is a great, but ageing, amenity for St. Boniface and St.Vital. This pool modernization will complement the new Windsor Park library next door.

I was on ICI Manitoba last night for an interview conducted in French, about the City’s projected $2B upgrade to combined sewer systems in older parts of Winnipeg with about $30M in this year’s budget.
