At the last Council meeting (July 22, 2021) I seconded a motion with Kevin E. Klein to explore incentives for residents to sign up for home compost pick-up services, such as Compost Winnipeg run by Green Action Centre. At the Water and Waste committee in September, potential interim measures, pending full City compost pick-up.
