New outdoor benches at WPC!

Joint project with the Windsor Park Collegiate PAC to purchase three new outdoor tables for outdoor education & meetings. These tables also benefits the tennis 4-plex. Though WPC is not in St. Vital, it serves many students of the Sage Creek area of the ward.
