On CJOB to discuss combined sewer clean-up

Thanks to Richard Cloutier on 680 CJOB for having me on to discuss the $1 billion discrepancy in costing for the City combined sewer clean-up compared to the Transit Master Plan. I am hoping to accelerate work on our sewer clean up.
