Remains found at Kamloops residential school

In the wake of the recent discovery in Kamloops, British Columbia, I would like extend my sincere condolences to Indigenous communities, for wrongs that were perpetrated through colonization and for the injustices that still exist today.

I have and will continue to support efforts that bring us towards reconciliation.

Racism, prejudice and intolerance have no place in our society.
