Review Needed for City Awarded Project

It's time for the City to review an award made in July/24 for $95m in design work for the North End Biosolids project, leading to $700 million in construction work. Councillors were told “you can’t preference local” due to trade agreements - but now tariffs. Please also see the GDP & jobs numbers in the July report.
