My quote got a tad garbled, but thanks to CBC for getting the main point I tried to make - the recent lawsuits will hopefully accelerate spending on sewage treatment projects.

Bonivital Pool is getting major upgrades- $5.3M in the budget.
Bonivital Pool is a great, but ageing, amenity for St. Boniface and St.Vital. This pool modernization will complement the new Windsor Park library next door.
