Two long-range items for St. Vital in the Capital budget : Repairs to the Elm Park Bridge (aka BDI bridge) & the design to finish twinning St. Anne's Rd to the perimeter (much needed, due to new apartments on Creek Bend Rd).
In addition to the St. Vital Bridge work, street repaving is scheduled for many St. Vital streets in 2023, through Budget 2023. Including sections of Dakota and Abinojii Mikanah (Bishop Grandin appears in budget, as it passed a day before its name change).
Pleased to see Recommendation Q added to the final budget revisions; this includes $411,000 for 3 parks projects in St. Vital.
