Thank you for continued CSO coverage

Thanks to Winnipeg Free Press for their ongoing coverage of the combined sewer overflow (CSO) issue. I'm proud that Council voted in 2021 to increase the budget by 50% to $45M per year, but we need to hit $60M per year to make the 2047 completion target.
