TOWN HALL: CITY REZONING PLANFOUR-PLEX

Excellent turnout for our first two Town Hall meetings on the City proposed 4-Plex rezoning plan to allow 48 foot tall 4 unit buildings on any residential lot. Good support for following infill guidelines; "ie: need a lane, lane must be paved & 50 foot wide lot."
