Bonivital Pool is getting major upgrades- $5.3M in the budget.

Bonivital Pool is a great, but ageing, amenity for St. Boniface and St.Vital. This pool modernization will complement the new Windsor Park library next door.

Tunnel Option for CSO Spill Reduction

Thanks to Councillors Shawn Dobson & Vivian Santos for supporting my request that City staff advise why sewage storage tunnels are not (other than tunnel along Tache) recommended for Wpg. This option for CSO spill reduction into rivers is used in Ottawa, Toronto, Auckland, Hartford, Paris, and a number of other major centers.
