It was a proud moment on the anniversary of V-J Day, being honoured for my work to recognize Canadian veterans of the 1941 Battle of Hong Kong - work which was started by former MLA Christine Melnick.

Bonivital Pool is getting major upgrades- $5.3M in the budget.
Bonivital Pool is a great, but ageing, amenity for St. Boniface and St.Vital. This pool modernization will complement the new Windsor Park library next door.
