Winnipeg Zoning By-law and Secondary Plans (INFILL) Hearings Begin Monday, June 2nd at 9:30AM (Registration Deadline TODAY, Friday, June 30th)

A friendly reminder on how to register for the hearing before Council to consider proposed changes to the Winnipeg Zoning By-law and Secondary Plans. The hearing begins on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Building, 510 Main Street. The deadline for registration is today, Friday, May 30th.  If you have already registered, please disregard this notice.

In order to register for the public hearing, please complete the online public representation form. Once received, you will be provided with the information required to participate.

People need to register or provide submissions, by 12:00 noon the business day before the hearing starts. In this case that is this Friday. This allows our staff to communicate and share information with delegates. It also allows for us to provide the Zoom link and instructions if necessary.
