The City has rejected densification requests on Lavallée Road because the street is only 30 feet wide & chip seal paving. Yet, new lot-splitting guidelines encourage quadrupling density and users on an 8 foot wide gravel lanes.
If width and surface matter for our roads, why not our lanes?
